Our clinical director undertook most of her clinical training in this field in Harley Street, London and has dual registration both here and in the UK. She has in addition held clinical directorship posts in Harley Street. At our clinic we do not have nurse practitioners carrying out facial aesthetic treatments. Reassuringly, our team are Irish registered practitioners who have completed their facial aesthetic training in world renowned Harley Street, London. In addition please note that it is illegal for nurses to carry out muscle relaxing injections in the Republic of Ireland. In the UK a small number of nurses have completed additional 2 year 'nurse prescribing courses' and are allowed to prescribe anti wrinkle injections, however in this country that does not apply and as such it is illegal for nurses to administer anti wrinkle injections. If you are offered anti wrinkle injections by a nurse practitioner in the Republic of Ireland, please do not hesitate to report this to the Irish Medical Council and/or Irish Medicines Board in Dublin. Please also note that if you are a beauty salon wishing to enquire about our team working out of your salon, please note that we only offer treatments to patients within the confines of our own clinic, which is set up with the strictest cross infection controls and medical protocols in place. We do not offer any treatment outside of our own clinical set up as we are not willing to compromise on clinical protocols and/or work out of rooms that are non- sterile and non- clinical.
